The Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department offers Junior Firefighter birthday parties!

Looking for a unique and exciting birthday party experience for your child? Host their special day at the Winfield Volunteer Fire Department! Give them a thrilling experience by touring the firehouse, seeing our fire trucks up close, and enjoying fun activities all in a safe and memorable environment.

Why Host a Birthday Party at the Firehouse?

• A Firehouse Adventure: Your child and their friends will love exploring the firehouse, meeting our firefighters, and learning about the exciting world of fire safety!
• Up-Close with the Apparatus: Get an inside look at our fire trucks, equipment, and gear. Kids can even sit in the driver’s seat of a fire truck!
• Fire Safety Fun: Enjoy a fire safety lesson that’s both fun and educational! Learn important safety tips and what to do in case of an emergency.
• Party in the Meeting Space: After the tour, you’ll have access to our spacious meeting room to enjoy cake, snacks, and party games with your guests.

Party Activities (Subject to Volunteer Availability)

Our goal is to make your child’s birthday party a memorable experience! However, please note that certain activities depend on the availability of volunteers. Fire calls take priority, but we’ll do our best to offer a fun-filled celebration.

Activities may include:

• Firehouse Tour: Show your guests around the station and fire trucks!
• See the Apparatus: Sit inside the fire truck and see the firefighting equipment.
• Fire Safety Demonstration: Learn fire safety basics in a fun, interactive way!
• Take Home Goodies: each child will receive a goodie bag and plastic fire hat to take home!

Party Package Includes:

• Tour of the Firehouse: See the station and fire trucks up close.
• Meeting Space Rental: A private space for cake, snacks, and presents.
• Fire Safety Activities: A fun and engaging fire safety lesson.
• Optional Fire Truck Photo Opportunity: Take photos with the fire truck to remember the day!
• Firefighter Guest Appearance: Meet our friendly firefighters (when available).

Party Pricing

Pricing includes tour, meeting space rental, and a basic fire safety bag. A donation of at least $150 is requested and can be paid the day of the party.

Important Notes:

• Emergency Calls Take Priority: As a volunteer fire department, our primary responsibility is to respond to emergencies. While we will make every effort to carry out all planned activities, parties may be adjusted in the event of an emergency call.
• Party Duration: Parties generally last 2 hours, but this can vary based on availability. You'll also have access to the room in advance to set up.
• Safety First: We prioritize safety throughout your party, including ensuring all activities and interactions are safe for the children.
• Per our insurance company, absolutely no fire engine rides can be offered to the general public.
• We no longer offer home birthday party visits.
