On Friday October 3rd at 9:32a.m. Winfield & Sykesville Fire Departments were alerted for an overturned tractor with reported one person trapped in the 500 Block of West Old Liberty Road. First arriving units found a patient trapped under a lawn tractor. Crews from Engine 141 & Rescue Squad 12 worked to extricate the patient. Engine 142 & Utility 14 established a helicopter landing site, and the patient was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
