| The Winfield Community VFD set out to visit 3rd graders today at both Linton Springs Elementary and Winfield Elementary.
190 students were taught home safety lessons utilizing Winfield's Safety House.
We also performed a fire drill for Winfield Elementary today at the request of the Principal. Everyone did a wonderful job quickly evacuating the school.
Thanks to those that assisted today: John Laster, Linda Laster, Jim Heckendorn, Sandy McKenzie and Tim Warner.
Thanks also to Jeanne Burrier, Charles Burrier and Ruth Gosnell for the delicious lunch. |
