Natalie Wilson, Junior Miss Winfield and Junior Miss Carroll County First Runner-Up 2011-2012, has a passion to get novelty lighters banned in Carroll County, with the hope of helping to ban them in the entire State of Maryland.
To start with, Natalie plans to hand out this letter at our open house on November 13, 2011, and do a presentation for the local PTA's.
