On Thursday Morning Winfield Crews were alerted at 7:01 a.m. for a Motor Vehicle Accident Reported Serious at the intersection of Route 26 & Woodbine Road. While units were enroute the location was updated to the intersection of Woodbine Road & Buckhorn Road. Duty 14 was the first to arrive and Chief 14-1 established Woobine Road Command. Paramedic 149 evaluated one patient while Engine 141 worked on securing the scene from on looking bystanders. Winfield units went in service at 8:00 a.m., though the road remained closed and many Winfield Residents without power for over 12 hours.
