Winfield Units were dispatched at 02:37 hrs to assist Station 12 (Sykesville) with a motor vehicle crash with working rescue on Obrecht Road near the intersection of Route 97. Rescue Squad 12 arrived and advised they had a working rescue with 1 trapped and pole down, include live wires. Sykesville crews quickly went to work extricating the patient as Utility 14 and Engine 141 assisted with a landing site and loading the patient adjacent to the accident scene. One patient was transported to Shock Trauma via Maryland State Police Medivac Trooper 8. Crews went in service at 03:30 hrs.
