On Monday, May 13th, 2024, several Winfield Members were recognized with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce’s Mass Casualty Response Award at their Annual Carroll County Public Safety Awards Ceremony. This award was for a Motor Vehicle Incident that occurred on November 4, 2023, on West Liberty Road in Westminster.

Also recognized were Mutual Aid Departments that responded and were instrumental in ensuring the incident was handled with the highest level of care possible.
