On September 2, 2021, the Carroll County Board of County Commissioners announced Mr. Michael W. Robinson, Sr. as the new county Director of Fire and Emergency Medical Services. Mr. Robinson will join the county in his new role on September, 2021. The officers and members of the Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department look forward to working with Director Robinson as we work to improve service delivery throughout the County.
