On the night of Nov 08, units from WCVFD responded to the motor vehicle collision with rollover. Paramedic 149 arrived first and advised that they had a single pickup over the guard rail and was unable to advise on occupancy. E141 arrived shortly after and Capt 14 established the Route 97 command. Crews quickly went to work to determine that the vehicle was unoccupied at this time. With the whereabouts of the occupants unknown command established a plan to canvas the area around the scene to ensure that the occupant was not ejected from the vehicle. MSP Trooper 3 was called for to assist with using the on board thermal imager to canvas the area quicker to see if they could find the occupant. After approximatley 30 mins of searching all crews advised that the area around the scene was clear with no persons being found. The Carroll County Sheriffs Department advised that they would take over the scene and their was no longer need for fire department services. Command was terminated and units cleared for service.
