Around 0145 on 4/21/19 Units from Winfield and Sykesville Fire Dept. responded to Rt.97 just North of Rt.26 for a MVC with Entrapment. Units arrived on location and had 1 patient who was trapped. Engine 141 and Rescue Squad 12 worked quickly to extricate the driver of the vehicle.
