Early Tuesday morning at 12:47a.m. Engine 142 and Tanker 14 responded to a outside fire containing several large mulch piles off of Unionville Road in Frederick County. Engine 142 reverse laid 1,400' of 5" LDH supply line and served as the water supply dump site pumper flowing over 75,000 gallons of water throughout the night. Tanker 14 assisted with the water supply shuttle hauling 21,000 gallons from a nearby pond. Crews operated on the scene until 6:30a.m.
