Just after 1230 hrs, units were alerted for a vehicle collision with entrapment and hazmat involved near the intersection of Route 26 and White Rock Road. Company 14 units arrived on scene to find a single-vehicle collision involving a milk tanker that had rolled over just east of the intersection. There were no injuries or entrapment. Crews worked with Carroll County Hazmat Team to contain and control a running spill of raw milk, diesel fuel, and hydraulic fluid. They were able to contain the spill before it entered a waterway.
