The annual Miss Winfield Fire Prevention contest was held Monday, July 6, 2015. There were a total of 8 contestants. The Miss Winfield Contestants had to do a 3 to 5 minute oral and written presentation to the judges on "Home Safety for Senior's and the Disabled", then answer a fire prevention question on stage. The Junior Miss Winfield Contestants had to provide an oral and poster board presentation to the Judges on “Hear the Beep Where You Sleep” and answer 2 fire prevention questions on stage. The Little Miss Winfield Contestants had to draw a picture about “Hear the Beep Where You Sleep”and explain it to the Judges and answer a fire prevention question on stage. All of the contestant did very well and knew all of their information but unfortunately the judges could only pick 1 for each age group.
