On Thursday June 18, 2015 at 4:48 a.m. Winfield Fire Department responded to a vehicle collision involving an overturned tractor-trailer in the 3500 Block of Ridge Road. The tractor-trailer was fully loaded with cement, and the crew from Engine 141 worked to contain a fuel spill from one of the saddle tanks. Units operated on the scene for approximately 1 hour before turning over the scene to Maryland State Police.
