House Fire in Eldersburg

On Monday morning units from Sykesville, Winfield, Gamber, and Baltimore County fire departments were alerted at 8:27a.m. for a house fire in the 5900 Block of Snowdens Run Road in Eldersburg. First arriving Engine 123 arrived to smoke showing, confirming a working house fire. Crews quickly went to work confirming all occupants were out of the house, and worked on extinguishing the fire. Winfield's Engine 142 & Utility 14-1 assisted with overhaul, and Duty 14/Chief 14-2 assisted as Command Support.

Winfield was also alerted for a vehicle collision at 9:23a.m. in the 3500 Block of Ridge Road. Paramedic 149, Reserve Engine 141, and Chief 14-1 responded to the additional call while the other crews were operating on the fireground in Eldersburg.
