Owen von Lunz celebrated his 3rd birthday with family and friends at the Winfield Fire Department on Oct. 26th. They toured the facility and equipment, visited with a firefighter & practiced dialing 911 on the 911 simulator. Cupcakes and cookies were enjoyed by all.
