Winfield Community Volunteer Fire Department has enjoyed a year of spreading the word of fire prevention with our Fire Prevention Ambassadors. On Monday, July 7, 2014 we held our contest for the new Fire Prevention Ambassadors for 2014 / 2015.

On stage all of the girls shared information about Fire Prevention. The Little Miss contestants talked about their fire prevention posters they had drawn about Smoke Alarms Save Lives. The Junior Miss contestant gave details about the Importance of Smoke Alarms in the Home. And the Miss Winfield contestant provided information about College Dormitory Fire Safety. Each contestant also had to answer a randomly selected question on fire prevention.

We are pleased to announce our new representative for 2014 / 2015 are:

Miss Winfield – Kelsea Cimabue
Jr. Miss Winfield – Stephanie Broussard
Little Miss Winfield – Jillian Shade

Thank you to our other contestants Carla Clagett & Natlie Hett.

We are looking forward to another great year of spreading our fire prevention knowledge with the community.
