Vision 20/20, a project funded by an AFG Fire Prevention and Safety Grant to the Institution of Fire Engineers, has been working on implementing Community Risk Reduction (CRR) programs to demonstrate their application in the United States.
The Winfield VFD, FABSCOM, and the Maryland State Fire Marshals Office hosted a Vision 20/20 Model Performance in Fire Prevention Symposium today at the WCVFD. Fifty participants were in attendance for this all day conference. Instructor Dave Lynam presented the program.
Thanks to those Winfield members that assisted with preparing the conference attendees lunch. Many favorable comments were received regarding lunch and our facility.
